Refunds & Cancellations
Effective date: October 18, 2026
This page explains how to obtain help with charges from products sold by Potluck Labs, Inc. The corporate homepage does not currently offer a direct checkout.
Before you buy
Each paid product should clearly disclose its purchase price, renewal interval (if applicable), product features, and any trial conditions before you confirm payment.
Cancel a subscription
Cancellation instructions depend on where you purchased. For subscriptions bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play, use the applicable app-store subscription management settings. For subscriptions bought directly from one of our products, use the billing or account settings provided by that product or contact support. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals; any remaining paid access and refund eligibility depend on the product's terms and applicable law.
Request a refund or report an unfamiliar charge
Email [email protected] with the product name, transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number. We review direct-payment refund requests in accordance with the product's disclosed purchase terms and applicable consumer law. App-store purchases may require a refund request directly with Apple or Google under their policies.
Legal rights
Nothing here limits mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights. Product-specific terms presented at checkout take precedence where permitted by law.

Delaware corporation and contract scope
Potluck Labs, Inc. is a United States corporation. Refund and cancellation rights depend on the actual product, signed service agreement, payment channel, and mandatory law applicable to the customer. This policy does not replace terms disclosed before payment.
Marketing, automation, software and creative services
For custom work, the written proposal should identify whether any deposit is refundable, which milestones have been accepted, what costs are nonrecoverable, and what deliverables will be provided if a project ends early. Third-party advertising spend, licenses, or platform charges must be identified separately before authorization. We do not promise guaranteed marketing outcomes.
Client software and book services
For custom software development, ghostwriting, editing, and manuscript preparation, the accepted client proposal should state the deposit (if any), milestone payment schedule, cancellation rights, completed-work charges, revision limits, and refund treatment before work begins. There is no universal percentage refund promised for custom services here. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
Usage-based software credits
No credits are sold on this corporate site. If a separately branded product sells usage credits, its checkout must clearly show package quantity, price, deduction rates, expiration (if any), unused-balance treatment, and refund rights. For any credits already consumed, refund treatment depends on applicable law and the product's disclosed terms.
